I love the weekends because it really gives me a chance to relax and unwind. Well as much as you can with a 4 year old and a 4 month old. There was a lot of cartoon watching, playing and just letting my body recuperate from the previous week. The two a days I put myself on are really pushing my body to the limit. I really don’t want to ease up though because Im expecting to see some amazing results? I am looking to see a huge difference at the end of this challenge.
