Day 23

How is the journey going for everyone so far? I know we are starting the year off strong and I am so excited. I am confident we will be able to achieve all that we set out to do. Today was one of those days I actually had the motivation to go to the gym and wasn’t a press. I was in a workout type of mood for whatever reason. Heres what the routine was:

Benchpress 3 sets 12 reps

Dumbell Curl 3 sets 12 reps

Bent over row 3 sets 12 reps

DB shoulder press 3 sets 12 reps

tricep extension 3 sets 12 reps

deadlift 3 sets 12 reps

reverse flys 3 sets 12 reps

lateral pulldowns 3 sets 12 reps
