Day 17 Glutes Workout

Glutes are my favorite thing to work even though I feel it the worst the next day. My focus is to build upper body strength and lose belly fat, but I also want to keep whatever shape I do have around the hips. Here is my workout if you’d care to give it a try.

Dumbell stepups 3 sets of 12 reps

Squats 100

lunges 3 sets of 12 reps

bulgarian split squats 2 sets of 50 each leg

heel hip bridges 100

donkey kicks 100

fire hydrant 100

crossover 100
