Glutes are my favorite thing to work even though I feel it the worst the next day. My focus is to build upper body strength and lose belly fat, but I also want to keep whatever shape I do have around the hips. Here is my workout if you’d care to give it a try.

heel hip bridges 100
donkey kicks 100
fire hydrant 100
