Day 13

I am finding that having to train my body to eat the 5 small meals throughout the day is actually harder than the workouts themselves. I generally don’t want to eat and really am not in the mood to cook. Its weird that I feel like I’m stuffing myself when I attempt to eat breakfast. I’m looking for super light recipes but then when I do that I find myself struggling to consume the correct number of calories by end of day. Is this an issue for anyone else? if so what are some things you do to combat it?
