Day 5 Killer Glutes workout

OMG! Guys when I say I laid it all out at the gym. My legs felt like noodles when it was all said and done. I actually love that feeling though. It lets me know I’m giving it my all. I don’t like to leave feeling like I didn’t really do much. I had company in the gym with me and you guys know how I feel about an audience. However, I just focused in on my own task and got it done. The gym at my complex doesn’t really have much in the way of equipment but I’m able to make due with what is there. What are some of your favorite flute exercises with or without equipment?
