Day 3 offered me much more energy than the day before. Even though I am still slightly under the weather I feel like I accomplished a few more things today. I actually doubled my time in the gym because I felt like I really wasn’t being challenged with what I was doing. I think I am going to stick with the routine I came up with today from now on. It cray how much exercise effects your over mood. It seems we are off to a good start. There is however 97 more days to go so we won’t speak too much too soon.
