Day 2

Wow, what a day it has been! I mean its 9 o clock and I’m just getting to this post. I was determined to get this in no matter what. I have been under the weather today but I made it a point to stay on the wagon. I am actually proud of what I was able to get done today.  Even though I slept and laid around pretty much the entire time my son was at school, I was still able to squeeze in my ab workout right in the house around 7pm. I was super hot and sweaty but it turned out to be just what I needed. I still had to clean and wash up the children for bed and it actually gave  me an energy boost instead of drain me like I thought. If you are struggling to get momentum going just take a deep breath and knock it out. You will thank yourself for it later.

However, follow these safety guidelines

“If your symptoms are above the neck, including a sore throat, nasal congestion, sneezing, and tearing eyes, then it’s OK to exercise,” he says. “If your symptoms are below the neck, such as coughing, body aches, fever, and fatigue, then it’s time to hang up the running shoes until these symptoms subside.”- WebMD
