DAY 1

Well, its Day 1, so as promised I’m going to lay out all the measurements for you. I am

terribly nervous about this but I know transparency is key in this process. Here we go Beginning Point:

Weight: 152 lbs

Body Fat: 29%

Left arm: 10.5 inches

Right arm: 10.5 inches

Chest: 39 inches

Waist: 40 inches

Hips: 42 inches

Left thigh: 21.5 inches

Right thigh: 21.5 inches

Wrist: 6 inches

Forearm: 7 inches

As always the first day seems to run the smoothest. You’re all ready to go, meal prepped and freshly motivated to conquer the world. I got up at 730 and had my breakfast of champions which consisted of a vegetable omelette and an orange. By the time 9am rolled around it was time to head to the gym; lucky for me I was the only one there. I have a weird insecurity about working out around other people; especially men. Anyhow, I was able to complete my full upper body workout within an hours time and felt amazing. I was proud to have stayed on top of my eating. Of course, it is only Monday. I pray I can keep this momentum going for the rest of the week.
