Conquer the Change is a movement! Its for the everyday person who may have been endowed with gifts or ideas but somehow cannot seem to put them into motion. Its a plan to address the struggle of climbing out of where you are into what you believe you were destined to be. Maya Angelou said “there is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside of you”. I believe this applies to a number of things in life; whether it be career or personal. I wanted to create a space where a group of like minded individuals can be transparent with one another as to how their journeys are progressing so that we may encourage each other along the way. I believe in your ability to be great and I will be here to see you reach that potential. We are going to build the necessary habits to be successful in all areas of our lives. I have a number of themes planned but we will be starting with fitness. Thats right, we are about to embark on 100 days of health and wellness. So get your running shoes on because we are taking off today. No better time than the present!! There is no one goal set for everybody. Simply do what will get you to the shape you personally see as the ideal goal for you. Some of you may take up cardio and running and some may dive into strength training to build muscle. Whatever the case stick to it. The challenge will run from Monday December 11th through Wednesday March 20th. If you miss a day, no worries, pick up where you left off and get back in there. I can’t tell you how many time I’ve fallen off the wagon. This time, however, we will be victorious.
