Where are my Gex X sisters ...it's time to plan,
Hello Lady Menopause...

I thrive on lists, schedules, and knowing what’s around the corner! My co-workers bought me a baseball shirt with "the planner" on the back. I am always, always prepared!  But Menopause? I had no idea that I even needed a plan - before, during and after. (yes, AFTER!)

Many women are natural-born planners, meticulously organizing every aspect of their lives. Then along comes menopause, a life stage that significantly impacts our health and well-being, and for some reason, our planning takes a backseat. WE take a back seat!

If I had a do-over, I wish knew then what I know now to proactively address menopause rather than reacting to its challenges. It's time to break up with your past you and prepare for your future you

As a certified Menopause Coach, I talk to women all the time about how they are feeling and coping with menopause. The comments I get usually focus on shorter term symptoms like miserable hot flashes or missing libido.  What I stress to them is that the symptoms are only part the problem, the bigger issue is the health risks that arise when we no longer have estrogen protecting our bodies.

To life our best life in menopause, we need to do more than just treat symptoms!  We have to re-plan the way we are living our lives, break up with the way we did things before and find the space to make room for the new way...
